ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

Purpose of the Training:

This training is intended to establish an Internal Quality Audit System for participants and their organizations by giving them the information needed to plan for and adopt an internal auditing system.

Definition, purpose and types of audit
Auditor qualifications

Duties and responsibilities
Preparation for audit
Execution of audit
Closure Meeting
Reporting of the audit and tracking of results

Training Method:

Participants are split into groups to discuss industry-specific cases and practice applying auditing procedures. Opportunities to evaluate mistakes and develop application skills are given. The performance of the participants is continuously monitored. After training, the knowledge of participants is evaluated via an examination. High-scoring participants are issued Tech Standard Achievement Certificates, while other participants are issued Tech Standard Participation Certificates.

Prerequisites:

Prior to training, participants should have some background knowledge regarding ISO 9000 requirements.
